Hot and Sour Thai Chicken Soup
↑ Click on this link to see the full article!!!
This recipe, a spicy, clear, refreshing broth can be found on the menu of most Thai restaurants. This one is made with chicken but it is also delicious made with tiger prawns – and what's more, it is low in fat. The Thai fish sauce is used to season the soup but make sure you buy a good-quality version, such as Squid, as some less authentic brands are excessively salty. This soup tastes even better if it is made with Japanese miso stock.
