Chinese dishes are called "chuka" in Japanese and are often cooked at Japanese homes. Japanese chuka dishes are similar to authentic Chinese food, but they are arranged in the Japanese-style and have some differences. Sweet and sour dishes are popular chuka. One of them is subuta (sweet and sour pork.) Su means vinegar and buta means pork in Japanese. Let's learn how to cook Japanese-style sweet and sour pork.

This is quick and easy to prepare,
and you can get it ready the night before. An ideal party finger snack.

This recipe is for 4 people, so adjust ingredients for more.

The preparation time is only ten minutes, but you’ll need a minimum of 40

minutes to marinade, although I always prefer an overnight marinade.

The recipe takes 25 minutes to cook.

Hot and Sour Thai Chicken Soup
Click on this link to see the full article!!!

This recipe, a spicy, clear, refreshing broth can be found on the menu of most Thai restaurants.
This one is made with chicken but it is also delicious made with tiger prawns – and what's more, it is low in fat. The Thai fish sauce is used to season the soup but make sure you buy a good-quality version, such as Squid, as some less authentic brands are excessively salty. This soup tastes even better if it is made with Japanese miso stock.
